At Jaxon's Mountain House, we provide an unforgettable experience of peace and tranquility for spiritual healing and self-discovery. Our retreat house is located in the heart of the Sierra Mountains,
surrounded by stunning natural beauty.

We offer a unique experience of not only physical and spiritual renewal, but also nourishment for your body and soul. We provide all meals based on the Daniel Diet, and all you need to bring is your sleeping bag, pillow, yoga mat, yoga wear, water bottle, hiking clothes, jammies, journal, and favorite pen, and whatever you are ready to release during your stay.
Our retreats begin 6pm Friday evening with a dinner of make your own fajitas bowls. After dinner, we will take a sunset walk and enjoy a Mountain devotional with time to journal. We offer a variety of activities to help you relax and clear your mind so you can come away feeling refreshed and reinvigorated.

Breakfast from 8-9:30 AM:

Water, juice, fruit, gluten-free oatmeal, nuts, and dried fruit, potatoes, and salsa

Hike:

A short hike and long hike, groups divided for each (snacks provided - nuts, dried fruit, fresh fruit, and water to refill your bottle)

Lunch:

Pack your own brown bag salad (all ingredients provided with packing for lake day)

Afternoon at the lake

3 PM - Shadow work and journaling; break into small groups

4-5 PM - Yoga on the outside deck.

Finding the application in our
day-to-day from our scripture Sunday morning -
Pack up Lunches, water, and backpacks for a walk to stream
- Release it to the stream.

1.5 mile walk, bring camelback, a small towel if you wish, and a Sharpie pen provided
(we will release whatever you are ready to release during this exercise @ the stream.) -
