What does it take to keep your energy high? A great diet… DUH
How do you start? You get some green juice!
Ingredients
Spinach ( handful)
Cucumber peeled and chopped (or half whatever feels like enough)
Ice water filtered with a scoop of mango electrolytes
And a teaspoon of ( not sugar) but spirulina
And if your extra ( like me)
Sea moss too
Chug it cold! And you're off.
For extra credit, you can enjoy a spinach salad with the other half of your cucumber some grape or cherry tomatoes and your choice of protein on top,  I of course am choosing tofu which was cooked in the air fryer with a spray of Pam and all seasoning.
