What works for you?


Whenever I’m frustrated 5 miles is all I need to work it out. I usually find a solution or feel better about whatever was troubling me.


I’ve heard and have had many suggest that mediation is the way to peace. I’m not knocking it. I love my prayer time, value my mediation time, and life for sauna time, but nothing compares to 5 miles.
