Today my partner is Jax!
Some days I really don’t feel like running, what to do? I walk. It feels super slow, and then I feel like running.
3 miles is 3 miles so who cares if you’re running or walking as long as you get it!!!
Three Miles feels good, if I can talk myself into 3 miles I can usually talk myself into all the other stuff I don’t want to do it today lol
