#Sleep In Days

Do you know those days you get up late?

Then you feel like I already got up late I’m just gonna skip a workout?

Now you can change that?

You go anyway.

This morning I got up late I have several things on Monday morning after a work out I have the Bible girls, then I have a mastermind, then I have an 8 o’clock appointment every other Monday. Here it is 10 o’clock and I haven’t worked out should I skip? Heck no!

I walked outside I need to be reminded of what great weather we’re having right now and how I can still get in a workout!

Not every day has to be lifting, but I can get a quick workout in and then run with one of the besties at lunchtime.
